Our New Patient Experience Department is hiring a New Patient Liaison to help us make a great first impression and support our communities. This role will schedule new patients and perform other functions of customer service including moving patients off waitlists and communicating with internal teams.

Duties in the New Patient Liaison role include the following:

· Managing scheduling new patients Inbound & Outbound calls by region.

· Create patient accounts.

· File & process referrals.

· Assist with booking Intake & medical providers by region.

· Create & maintain positive partnerships with other departments in the Agency.

Language Skills

· Bilingual in Spanish Preferred

Skills Required:

· Strong interpersonal & customer service skills.

· Clear, professional, and courteous written & verbal communication skills.

· Attention to details

· Typing Skills: 45 WPM

· Proficient of Windows & Microsoft products
