- Must have good verbal English language skills
- Be willing to learn and understand Kumon grading
- Be proficient in Math and Reading – not required but preferred
- Experience with kids preferred but not required
- Willing to make a long-term commitment
- Good communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Respectful, positive attitude, good organizational skills
- Assist students in completing assignments
- Must be eligible to work in USA
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Kumon grader is preferred
- High school diploma/GED required,
- Patient, understanding, and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
