Elite Establishments Group is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our team in the development of a content creation studio specifically designed for social media applications. Our objective is to assemble a group of skilled marketing and advertising professionals and to furnish this facility with the necessary tools and technology that will empower individuals or teams to create a diverse range of content, such as videos, photographs, graphics, and written materials. This initiative is focused on improving audience interaction across various social media platforms. Ultimately, this production center will act as a central hub for producing high-quality content aimed at being shared on social media channels to support our advertising and marketing efforts.

6 to 8 Talented Marketing Professionals - Your lease rate $900 a month 10% payables /15% profit
Marketing Director - (Part time) Your lease rate $450 a month 10% payables / 10% profit – in person (This individual promotes this business)
Janitorial Services Director - Your lease rate $450 a month 10% payables /10% profit
Lease Term- 1year

5 Years experience in field
Available to start immediately
Valid Driver’s License
Willing to undergo Background check, Credit check, and Drug test
Monthly Dues-
$900.00 per month 10% Payables (utilities, inventory, etc.)
(Each partnering team member will carry same financial responsibility)
Deposit- First month’s rent $900.00 1.5 Security $2,250.00 Collateral
Part time position lease rate is as follows:
Deposit- First month’s rent $450.00 1.5 Security $1,125.00 Collateral

Subject to change if part time position lease rate is as follows:

Application Fee- $75
The application fee will be required following the completion of the second round of structured interviews, at which point 3 candidates will be chosen to advance in the selection process. This fee covers administrative paperwork, background check, credit check, and drug test. We only ask this to be paid by the 3 candidates remaining after the initial interview(s). No fees are required to apply.

Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth in all written pieces.
- Optimize content for enhancing visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create effective advertising copy.
- Utilize tools for social media management and scheduling.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and advertising to inform content strategy.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic design tasks related to content creation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- A degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
