Job Role: Sr. UX Designer
Location: Remote (Needs to work EST hours (8am-5pm)
Job Description:
The UX Designer has broad responsibilities including overall design direction and a deep understanding of how to design strategic solutions to evolve the overall user experience balancing brand, business and consumers. This position is responsible for execution of high-quality design experiences that serves our consumers and the strategy to active these experiences.
This person will lead innovative problem-solving workshops, participate collaborative team environments, and demonstrate skills to strategically design multiple projects of differing size and scope. This person is driven by curiosity and passionate about user-centered experience design and able to handle both high-level vision and detail-focused execution. This person will bring world-class expertise in UX design for e-commerce while bring frictionless experiences to life.
Must Have:
• Must have extensive full scale UX strategy and designing.
• Previous ecommerce and/or agency experience is required
• Creating experience rich, brand storytelling, while balancing UX design
• Must be proficient with Figma, Asana, and Jira
• Must provide a vibrant portfolio link to be considered

• 7 YOE as senior UX designer from large scale ecommerce and/or Agency experience
• Full scale UX Design strategy and building within ecommerce experience required
• Must be a strong advocate for UX Design, Systematic, and Strategic thinking
• Extensive experience with Figma
• Previous experience with Asana and Jira required
• Portfolio link is required
