Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our operations within a clinic environment, particularly focusing on pediatrics. This position requires a blend of customer service skills and medical knowledge, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care while maintaining efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience for families.
• Conduct vital sign assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support medical billing and coding processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize Epic software for patient management and documentation.
• Maintain an aseptic environment in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide retail sales support for optical products, enhancing the overall patient experience.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Engage with patients and families to provide education regarding services and products offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting, preferably in pediatrics.
• Familiarity with optical products is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and ability to perform vital sign assessments.
• Experience in retail sales or retail management is a plus.
• Proficiency in medical billing and coding practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with EHR system.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.44 - $18.87 per hour
