Job Overview:
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and have technical experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform field service activities for customers in the commercial kitchen and restaurant industry. This includes maintenance, hood vent cleaning and other HD cleaning.
- Utilize precision tools and equipment to perform the tasks.
- Conduct inspections and identify areas that need maintenance and/or cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
Requirements:
-Must have valid driver's license.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
