Location: Sarasota, 34233 (Honore & Proctor)
Schedule: Monday to Friday. 9:00am to 5:00pm
Start Date: March 10th
Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour (depending on experience)

WFH parents seeking a full-time nanny for their 3 month old son. Their ideal candidate is warm, HIGHLY dependable & consistent, and truly loves caring for children (especially babies!) They are looking for someone with a solid understanding of early childhood development who can help their little one reach important milestones while keeping the day structured and sticking to a daytime and nap routine. The main focus of care will be for baby, with some light household tasks to support the family such as dinner prep & keeping baby’s areas tidy.
Key Responsibilities
- Care for baby: feeding, diaper changes, naps, and playtime
- Keep baby areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Help prep family dinner (simple recipes selected by family)
- Help with baby food prep once solids are introduced
- Light kitchen cleanup, including light dishes and wiping counters
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience as a nanny, childcare provider, or similar role
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Knowledge of child development, infant/toddler milestones and age-appropriate activities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Kind, respectful and engaging personality
*All candidates must undergo and pass a background check, be a non-smoker, have reliable transportation, and provide at least three professional childcare references (one can be a character reference if needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
