Location: Lakewood Ranch, 34203
Hours: approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule: (3) half days per week. (1) one full day per week. (1) weekend date night, fri or sat.
For example, this would be ideal: Mon 9:00am-1:00pm. Tues 9:00am-1:00pm. Wed 10:00am-6:00pm. Thu 9:00am-1:00pm. Friday or Saturday evening.
Start Date: Flexible
Pay Rate: $22 per hour (depending on experience)

Fun loving, active family with two children (ages 1 and 6) searching for a part time nanny/mother’s helper. Their ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, active and fun! Care focus will be mostly for their 1 year old since their older one goes to school during the day, but there will be times when both children are home (such as evenings or weekends). Mom will be home and available at times. They would like to find someone who has some flexibility with scheduling for additional needs.
Essential: a nanny who is comfortable and supportive of a family who chooses not to vaccinate as they prioritize holistic health.
Must be able to commit to at least a 1 year contract (with an option to extend).
Comfortable with pets. Family has a 3 year old dog.
Job Duties & Requirements
- 2 years nanny/childcare experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Care for and engage with children, keeping them active and entertained
- Light tidying up and organizing of children’s areas
- Prepare snacks and meals for kids with a focus on healthy, balanced foods
- Occasionally let dog out into the backyard (if mom isn’t home)
Bonus Qualities (Not Required)
- Ability to travel with the family 1-2 times per year or to stay home with children for a brief parents getaway.

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
