What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Nanny position at Elite Family Care?
The family is seeing a part time nanny for a 3 month old baby girl. Mom works remotely at home. The position is part time with full days Tuesday and Wednesday, and potentially half days on Monday. Holiday pay will be given on holidays that fall within schedule.
The ideal candidate will be gentle, kind, and love playing with their baby girl. The family is working on creating a more structured nap schedule and would love support with that. Right now she loves tummy time, reading books, and being in her lounger.

Candidate should have the following qualities:
- To be punctual and trustworthy, mom needs someone reliable to ensure she can focus on work.
- Enjoy creating stimulating activities as baby gets older, right now she loves floor time and talking.
- No small children at home to mitigate the possibility of bringing an illness to their home.
- Clear and open communication so that any issues can be addressed immediately
- Be ok with dogs in the home, family has one golden retriever (no pet duties needed)
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Caring for and engaging with baby and assist with fostering her development
- Light cleaning- baby bottles and as she gets older her plates
- Tidying up after playtime
*All candidates must undergo and pass a background check, be a non-smoker and provide at least three professional household/care references
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
