Inside Sales Quotation Specialist Position
Elite Fasteners, a Company with over 34 years in the Fastener Industry seeks an experienced Quotation Specialist.
Duties and Expectations of a sales quotation specialist include:
- Assist with the development of quotations on various products within the fasteners industry.
- Creating, analyzing, pricing and quoting based on customer requirements. Interact with customers by answering inquiries, proactively resolving potential issues, problem solving and offering suggestions in a positive manner to ensure a superior level of customer experience.
- Continuous review and updates on pricing of various external vendors used in the production process.
- Understanding of plating and specifications used within the fastener industry and keep up to date on new or changing guidelines.
We seek an individual with a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with strong business and customer service background preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of blueprint preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Office products needed. Intermediate level Excel skills required. Sales quotation background a plus. Excellent communications, time management and organization skills are essential to success. Strong analytical and data management skills are key. Must be patient, detail minded, highly organized, with good oral/written communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
