Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative for a full-time position based in Houston, TX. This role requires a "road warrior" mentality, with frequent travel to client offices and project sites to develop new business and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will proactively seek out opportunities to expand our customer base, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to client locations to promote and sell Elite Flow Control products
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
• Provide sales presentations tailored to client needs, emphasizing product quality and value
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth sales processes

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong skills in Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and Customer Service
• Proven New Business Development abilities with a goal-oriented mindset
• Experience in the valve or industrial equipment industry is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets with minimal supervision
