We are seeking an experienced BMS/EPMS Team Lead to join our team at Elite Force Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a team of electrical technicians and engineers to ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Project Oversight: Supervise and manage the installation and commissioning of BMS and EPMS systems.
- Maintenance and Support: Plan and oversee routine maintenance of BMS and EPMS systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to team members and offer solutions for system faults, wiring issues, and electrical problems.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical systems installation, with at least 3 years of experience in BMS/EPMS systems.
