What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Operations Manager position at Elite Fulfillment Solutions?
The Office Operations Manager is responsible for a variety of tasks supporting Elite Fulfillment Solutions and PackKits. This position will oversee daily office operations, along with providing HR support.
Office Manager Responsibilities
- Receive and distribute incoming department mail.
- Manage office and warehouse supplies and expenditures, including supplies and resources needed to maintain warehouse equipment (i.e. propane).
- Update and maintain materials pricing in Extensiv, the company’s warehouse management software.
- Maintain building and equipment maintenance needs and address issues when needed.
- Review and approve vendor bills.
- Ensure billable transactions tie to and are accounted for within the company’s accounting system.
- Help to plan and coordinate team building activities and/or holiday parties.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary.
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process.
- Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of new hire onboarding and conducting new hire orientations.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Ensure all employee files are organized, secure, and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of training programs and courses for employees.
- Maintain ongoing training records and track employee development.
- Provide support for employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Assist with benefits administration, ongoing evaluation, and open enrollment processes.
- Maintains accident reports, and workers compensation paperwork, and OSHA Logs.
- Handle routine employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
- Process required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification and job descriptions, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
- Maintain employee manual to ensure updates are made to comply with company growth and ongoing changes, as well as, adequate communication and documentation with existing personnel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
