Pay: Hourly ($20-$30 an hour)
We are an established gutter installation company looking for a motivated and experienced Crew Lead to join our team! If you’re a natural leader with a passion for quality work and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of installers in gutter installation and repairs for both residential and commercial properties
- Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high-quality standards
- Communicate with customers and ensure excellent service and satisfaction
- Train and mentor new team members
- Maintain inventory of equipment and materials
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Tool knowledge of all sorts
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift heavy materials
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
