Job Summary
Elite Health Partners Inc is a Contract Manufacturing Company specializing in the production of skincare and supplement products.
The Quality Control position requires an individual capable of working both independently and within a team environment. They have experience with cGMP requirements, quality control and assurance, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with management and production departments to ensure quality standards are met for all production within the facility. The Quality Control position works to maintain and monitor the day-to-day quality management system requirements and manufacturing activities
Duties
- Ensure operation is compliant with 21 CFR Part 111 (Dietary Supplements), as well as all food safety
requirements and ISO 22716 requirements.
- Ensures compliance with FDA regulations, as well as company product safety and quality policies
- Ensures documents meet requirements of Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)
- Scan, organize, and maintain documents, adhering to company procedures, as well as archive records in accordance with company procedures
- Assists with enforcement of Allergen and Cross Contact/Contamination Programs, Cleaning and Sanitation Program, and Environmental Monitoring Program
- Supports the Quality Manager with customer complaints, investigations, incident reports, as well as Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
- Supports the Quality Manager in creating and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supports the Quality Manager with internal audits, customer audits, third-party audits, and regulatory inspections
- Generates, reviews, and completes product specifications for raw materials, components, and labels
- Completes necessary release tests for components and raw materials, as well as the associated release records with approval of the Quality Manager
- Follows and maintains qualification protocol for product and raw materials by submitting samples sent for laboratory testing at third party facilities and testing completed at Elite Health Partners to ensure specifications are met
- Supports the Quality Manager in maintaining the ingredient, bulk formula, and finished good retain program
- Monitors required elements of HAACP, as well as assists in creating and maintaining Food Safety Plans
- Supports the Quality Manager in maintaining and managing the Employee Training Program, including training records and documentation
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- BS or BA degree (in a scientific discipline desired)
- Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) certification preferred
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification preferred
- 2 or more years of experience working in manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or high output food industries required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.75 - $21.00 per hour
