Job Overview:
As a Part-time Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of our office by managing the office phone quickly, professionally and in a caring and kind way. Also, creating a positive and knowledgeable experience for our valued clients, supporting our staff of cleaning professionals in the field, as well as selling the service to perspective clients. Our Office Managers are tasked with record keeping, data entry, organizational items around the office as well as laundering and filling supplies that the cleaning teams utilize. This position offers a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service regarding client inquiries as well as knowledge regarding company policies etc
-Providing excellent customer service for current clients as well as a strong understanding and knowledge of company procedures/policies etc.
-Assisting and supporting the Home Cleaning Technicians in the field through prompt phone, email, and text communication.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry as well as filing and maintaining records.- Assist in recruiting, training and onboarding new team members.
- Manage daily office operations using a Manager's Notes log that all managers utilize together.
- Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure effective scheduling and workflow.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, including disciplinary and supervisory tasks.
- Assist in organizing and running company events and/or meetings.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in front desk and/or management operations is highly preferred.
-A strong understanding and experience in friendly and prompt customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and kindly.
- Excellent supervisory skills to oversee staff members.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
