About Us:

We are seeking a highly organized, cost-conscious Inventory & Operations Manager to oversee inventory management, optimize purchasing, and ensure smooth daily operations, including overseeing technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Savings & Procurement
- Identify and source the best products at the most competitive prices without sacrificing quality.
- Build relationships with vendors to negotiate better pricing, bulk discounts, and improved service.
- Monitor spending, track cost trends, and implement cost-saving strategies for inventory and materials.
- Regularly review product options to ensure the best value and efficiency for our projects.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all materials are stocked efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Oversee warehouse organization for easy access and minimal waste.
- Track stock levels and reorder supplies in a timely, cost-effective manner.
- Receive, inspect, and document shipments to confirm accuracy and quality.
Operations & Technician Oversight
- Coordinate daily workflow and ensure technicians have the materials and tools they need for jobs.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to technicians to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure projects are running smoothly by proactively resolving any material or logistical issues.
- Implement systems to streamline operations and improve team productivity.
Administrative & Office Duties
- Assist with job scheduling and project tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation of all purchases.
- Work closely with management to provide reports on spending, job progress, and inventory levels.
- Ensure all compliance and safety regulations are met within the warehouse and on job sites.
Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost-saving strategies.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and build strong vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory and office management software (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience overseeing or coordinating teams (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- A valid driver’s license (if deliveries or pickups are required).
