Elite Home Health Care Outreach Coordinator (No experience needed!)
Job Summary
Each Outreach Coordinator will have a defined sales territory and will be responsible for cultivating new referral sources and maintaining relationships with the existing referral base. Performs direct marketing with physicians, hospital and discharge coordinators, Case managers. Develops territory business plan for the development of new referral sources growing top line revenue. Must be a self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize work and meeting or exceeding plan objectives
Elite Home Health Care is seeking motivated, energetic, self-starter individuals to join our Outreach Team.
- Personality Attributes/Qualifications:
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and be able to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to work independently and have a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to build rapport with referral sources and adapt to different environments.
- Proficient with smartphones and computers.
- Bilingual Preferred (English and Spanish)
- Must have a vehicle
Responsibilities:
- Accurately communicate the benefits of home care services provided by Elite Home Health Care to all referral sources, eligible beneficiaries, and their families in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Develop new referral sources by building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with all referral sources.
- Respond timely to emails, preparation paperwork, forms, daily activity reports, and utilize and update account/contact management system.
- Maintain a database foundation of referral sources and activities.

Expected hours: 40 per week
