Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing applications
- Conducting pre-employment compliance checks
- Facilitating orientation sessions, filing paperwork
- Conducting annual compliance follow-ups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet deadlines and benchmarks
- Possess an outgoing, friendly, and inviting personality to engage effectively with prospective employees and community members
- Proficient in completing basic administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Demonstrated desire to contribute to the community and assist individuals in pursuing careers in the HHA field
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships within the community to enhance recruitment efforts
- Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of applicants and community members
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role is required
- General knowledge of home care or experience in HR/compliance, including LOA, unemployment, and workers' compensation, is a plus
