What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Nurse position at Elite Home Health, LLC?
We are currently looking for a Home Health nurse that is interested in joining our team!
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Assesses patient needs and obtains data on physical, psychological, and social factors that may influence health status.
- Documents all pertinent services provided to the client and any changes in client condition. Submits clinical notes in a timely manner.
- Carries out orders from the patient's physician.
- Assures quality of care by measuring health outcomes against patient care goals.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Communicates significant findings, problems, and changes in health condition, environment, or unsafe conditions to the Clinical Manager, and/or other personnel involved with patient care.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Current Indiana license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Six months experience as an RN or LPN, preferred
- G-tube experience, preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
