Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Manager for Home Health. This role involves supervising and mentoring a team of RNs, LPNs, and HHAs, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and HHAs, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient visits and staff performance
Compensation and Benefits
