About the Role
The Patient Care Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating our staff to deliver high-quality patient care. This includes ensuring all staff are oriented and supported to perform their job duties effectively.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of full-time experience as an RN or equivalent. They must also possess current licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience. Additionally, they should have current CPR Certification and access to a dependable vehicle.
