Job Description : Social Media Manager (Instagram & TikTok)

Job Type : Full-time, On-site

Hours : Monday – Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $40 / $50 an hour (no healthcare or additional benefits)

Elite Hospitality Marketing Group is a fast-paced, rapidly growing marketing agency specializing in hospitality, fashion, and food brands. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts for our clients. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company while working on exciting brands and campaigns.

What You’ll Do :

Social Media Management :

Develop and execute strategies to grow clients’ Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.

Create and post engaging Reels, TikTok videos, and professional LinkedIn updates.

Manage posting schedules and ensure content aligns with client brand identities.

Content Creation :

Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos during visits to client locations.

Write compelling captions tailored to each platform’s audience.

Influencer Collaboration :

Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers.

Coordinate collaborations and ensure influencer deliverables align with client goals.

Analytics and Growth :

Analyze account performance and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features.

Who You Are :

You have 2 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

You are proficient in creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram.

You’re highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and influencers.

You are comfortable commuting daily to our office and traveling to client locations as needed.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Great to Have) :

Familiarity with Shopify or TikTok Shop .

Experience with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp.

Knowledge of SEO and its impact on social media strategies.

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite for managing ads and insights.

Strong knowledge of AI tools for content creation and trend analysis.
