About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Advisor to help individuals and families secure their financial future. In this role, you will play a key part in developing customized financial strategies, fostering long-term client relationships, and upholding our fiduciary commitment to excellence.
Business Development
· Build relationships with key community leaders, professionals, and strategic partners to expand our network and client base.
· Participate in designing and developing key marketing initiatives, driving prospective client, and existing client engagement.
· Represent the firm by attending and presenting at client and prospective client-focused marketing events.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
· Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and overall financial situation.
· Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their financial plans and investments.
Financial Planning
· Conduct thorough financial analyses to create comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs.
· Develop strategies for retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and other relevant financial goals.
· Continuously monitor and adjust financial plans based on changes in clients' circumstances or market conditions.
Fiduciary Responsibility
· Act in the best interests of clients, placing their financial well-being above all else.
· Adhere to fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring transparency and integrity in all financial dealings.
Education and Communication
· Educate clients on financial concepts, investment strategies, and market trends.
· Clearly communicate complex financial information in a simple and understandable manner.
· Conduct periodic reviews and educational sessions to empower clients to make informed financial decisions.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (CFP, CFA, or similar) are highly desirable.
· Proven experience as a Financial Advisor with a focus on fiduciary responsibility.
· In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and relevant regulations.
· Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional ethical standards and commitment to acting in the best interests of clients.
· Relevant certifications and licenses as required by regulatory authorities.
License/Certification
· Series 65 License (Required)
· Life Insurance License (Preferred)
