What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Infusion RN - PRN position at Elite Infusion, LLC?
Elite Infusion LLC is a growing home infusion agency based in the Midwest. We’re founded by a practicing, hands-on nurse with the sole mission of bringing nursing back to where it should be: patient centered care. We’re looking for rockstar PRN RN’s to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Administration and self-administration instruction of specialty infusion therapies to patients
- Providing home infusion medications such as IVIG, SubQ IG, Remicade, Sterlara, Ocrevus, as well as other chronic therapy medications.
- Coordinates total plan of care for patient in the home
- Professional, friendly interaction with patients, families, advocates, pharmacists, providers, and partners
- Accurate and timely charting of patient visits
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN License in Ohio with no restrictions
- Valid Driver’s license / auto insurance with reliable personal transportation
- Current CPR Certification
- 2 years experience in ICU, ER, Infusion settings
- Self-sufficient with peripheral IV starts - a MUST!
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
