About Us:
At Elite Insights, we partner with media companies across the nation to host local “Best Of” contests, where community members can vote for and support their favorite businesses in the area. We are looking for a responsible Technical Account Manger to help us manage and organize these contests and act as a liaison with multiple media partners across the country.
Job Overview:
An Account Manger responsibilities include working closely with contest deployment team, project management, support, and the design team to manage time frames and coordinate with clients, customers and participators. This role will be responsible for performing various organizing tasks like scheduling communication via email and social media platforms, along with administrative duties like maintaining support channels and answering inquiries from media partners, advertising clients and the public looking for assistance or clarification. This role requires excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients, customers and internal teams on a regular basis to deliver results on strict deadlines.
The duties of this role are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Deployment, Support, Project Manager and Design Team to organize contest timelines
- Communicate with advertising clients and customers to ensure all needs are met on time
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Monitor deployment project progress and work with internal teams and clients to handle any issues that arise
- Schedule and maintain mass email campaigns utilizing a communication platform
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Requirements and skills
- Previous work experience in similar role preferred but not required
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
