Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement greenfield internal projects to improve operational efficiency and system capabilities.
- Improve and maintain existing applications and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Iterate on our client-facing applications focused on lead generation and conversion.
- Stay current with modern development practices and adjust implementations accordingly.
- Utilize various development tools and frameworks to create robust, scalable applications.
- Support marketing initiatives through technical integrations and system development.
- Monitor industry technology trends and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Work with high independence while delivering measurable results for the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with candidates having extensive experience but less formal education also considered.
- 2 years of experience in software development, with a track record of building and maintaining applications.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python required for day-to-day development tasks.
- Expertise in front-end development, including responsive design and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience working in environments requiring high independence and self-direction.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and how to manage projects from conception to implementation.
- Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks relevant to full stack development.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with PHP, WordPress, or Salesforce environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and experience making technical recommendations based on business needs.
