F-02 Shelter Security Guards
Location: Bronx, NY
Pay-rate: $23
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Elite Investigations is seeking experienced, professional, and reliable Shelter Security Guards, with F-02 Certificate of Fitness, to join our team.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Control access through proper screening of all staff, clients, and visitors in accordance with site policy & procedures, and where applicable, enforce curfew times.
- Perform Crises Intervention to de-escalate potential crises situations and document all such situations and incidents.
- Maintain order, observe, and report all issues that occur on site via our employee base mobile application.
- Conduct patrols and sweeps of facility, document emergency occurrences through the use of employee mobile application.
- All employees will be cross-trained to perform all Security functions at their assigned locations.
- Must be flexible with your availability. These are not Monday through Friday positions. Must be able to holdover for a minimum of 4 hours in the event your relief does not show or is running late.
Requirements:
- Valid NYS Security Guard License
- Valid NYS ID / Drivers License
- Proof of vaccination
- F02 Certificate of Fitness (Fire Guard License for shelters).
• CPR / First Aid & AED Certification (Must obtain prior to being issued a permanent schedule) • NARCAN trained preferred (Must complete within 15 days of employment)
- Display exceptional Customer Service and communications skills
- Must be legally able to work in the United States of America
Available Shifts: Overnight shifts (12:00am-8:00am)
