As a Field Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Security Guard personnel assigned to your shift, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Operations Managers and Dispatchers to coordinate on-site activities and address any situations that may arise. Your role will involve training and mentoring security staff, maintaining high standards of performance, and ensuring that all guards adhere to the protocols established by the Elite Brand. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting regular inspections of security posts, reviewing incident reports, and providing feedback to enhance the overall quality of service. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a professional environment, promoting teamwork, and ensuring that the safety and security of our clients and their properties are upheld at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to those listed below):
1. Maintain a professional appearance and report for duty as scheduled.
2. Sign in and out using the EHub Application.
3. Communicate with Operations Managers and Dispatchers regarding client guard issues.
4. Obtain and inspect vehicle keys and document inspections in the Lighthouse Report.
5. Follow all motor vehicle laws while using company vehicles; you are responsible for any related tickets.
6. Be knowledgeable about the Fleet Safety Policy.
7. Document all activity using Lighthouse, including reports and incident documentation.
8. Visit site locations within your assigned State, planning routes efficiently.
9. Conduct full site inspections, verifying guard uniforms and certifications. Purchase necessary uniform items in extreme cases and submit receipts for reimbursement.
10. Review Post Orders with guards for compliance.
11. Consult with the client’s Manager on duty about any issues.
12. Check time sheets and Logbooks for accuracy.
13. Conduct short-term investigations into client complaints and incidents.

## Qualifications
- NYS Security License
- NYS Driver's License (must be able to drive)
- Social Security Card
- Open availability, including WEEKENDS
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Field Supervisor.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards in Security Operations is a plus
