Position Overview: As a Service Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of restaurant cooking and refrigeration equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine maintenance checks on kitchen equipment.
- Diagnosing issues and providing effective repair solutions for cooking and refrigeration units.
- Collaborating with restaurant staff to understand equipment concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Keeping detailed records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies.
- Delivery and Installation of Cooking and Refrigeration equipment. Assembly and installation of Walk in cooler and freezers along with Piping line sets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably in the restaurant equipment industry.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant cooking and refrigeration equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations.
Pay will be based off experience with Commercial Restaurant Equipment and Refrigeration along with Cfesa Certification which is not necessary to have to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $38.00 per hour
