Elite Lawn Care & Landscaping Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hardscaper/Landscape Foreman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating stunning and functional outdoor spaces and landscapes by overseeing the installation and maintenance of hardscape and landscape features, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas. Your expertise will directly impact the satisfaction of our clients and the quality of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to fully understand project scope and requirements.
- Prepare sites by excavating, grading, and leveling the area for proper installation.
- Install hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Lay bricks, pavers, stones, and other materials with precision according to design specifications.
- Ensure proper drainage systems are implemented to protect the longevity of the installations.
- Install landscape beds, trees, shrubs, and bulk landscape materials to enhance the space.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction.
- Proven track record of successful landscape and hardscape installation.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in landscaping and hardscaping.
- Experience in reading and interpreting design plans.
- Ability to efficiently operate skid steer, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
- Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License with reliable transportation to and from work.
