What You’ll Do

Operations & Business Management

Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage HR responsibilities, including recruiting, onboarding, and terminations.
Track key performance metrics to ensure efficiency and business growth.
Work directly with Owner to implement strategic business goals.

Client Success & Customer Experience

Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Manage invoicing, scheduling, and customer communications for seamless service.

Oversee marketing efforts, including HubSpot CRM, promotions, and social media.

Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for retention and upselling services.

Team Leadership & Support

Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to maintain smooth operations.

Provide leadership and support for the production and customer service teams.

Ensure staff performance aligns with company standards and expectations.
