Job Description:
Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in the enhancement and landscape transformation of our client's properties.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine landscape tasks, such as installing rock, pinestraw, topsoil, sod, etc.
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment such as blowers, hand tools, light machinery such as mini skid steers, hedge trimmers, etc.
- Contributing to all assigned tasks being completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhering to safety procedures and company policies
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Attending company-wide quarterly performance meetings
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is mandatory
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Punctuality and reliability are essential

- No nights
- Weekends as needed
