Position Overview
The Client Experience Coordinator is the heart of our client-first approach. You’ll be a vital link between clients and our services, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. From supporting new client sign-ups to client retention and referral promotions, you’ll be a key contributor to our company’s growth. This position blends high-touch customer service with proactive outreach, making every client feel like a VIP. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
- Be the Voice of Elite Lawn Care: Handle incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Turn Inquiries into Clients: Assess client needs and recommend the best lawn care services.
- Showcase Our Expertise: Educate clients on our service offerings and promote the benefits of working with Elite Lawn Care.
Customer Retention & Follow-Up
- Build Loyalty: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and offer additional services as needed.
- Handle Client Requests: Address client questions or concerns via phone, email, or text, aiming to exceed their expectations.
- Track Client Feedback: Identify at-risk clients and escalate unresolved issues to the Client Success Lead.
Referral Program Promotion
- Promote Referrals: Highlight our referral program during client interactions, encouraging them to refer friends and family.
- Track & Thank Referrals: Monitor client referrals and ensure referrers receive recognition and rewards.
Billing & Scheduling Support
- Accurate Payments: Process client payments accurately and resolve billing questions with professionalism.
- Call-Ahead Notifications: Proactively notify clients of upcoming services to keep them informed and reduce reschedules.
- Coordinate Requests: Assist with special client requests and communicate changes to the Client Success Lead.
Product Knowledge and Service Expertise
- Become an expert on Elite Lawn Care services, from lawn treatments to pest control.
- Provide tailored recommendations to clients, emphasizing value and quality.
- Educate clients about our unique services, building trust and adding value to each relationship.
Qualifications
- Customer-Focused: Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Sales-Driven: Comfortable handling leads, engaging clients in discovery conversations, and confidently overcoming objections to close sales.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple client interactions, payments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging client situations professionally.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Preferred Experience
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or pest control is a plus but not required.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and office software to manage client data and workflows.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $16 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
