Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices.
Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing and trimming lawns.
- Execute landscape maintenance activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Manage snow plowing operations during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
- Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for maintaining equipment effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
