Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various lawn care treatments and have understanding in fields of fertilization, weed control, grub control, pest control, and more.
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Perform pest control treatments while adhering to environmental safety standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Communicate with clients regarding services provided and offer recommendations for lawn care improvements.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used for each job.
- Drive to different locations as needed to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and pest control methods is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
