Job description:
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Program Director leads and manages multiple onsite after school programs for children ages 5-12.
Position demands 50% traveling. The Program Director will be managing Fort Worth locations and remotely oversee El Paso location.
This position work days are between 220-240 days.
Bachelors Degree required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide successful management and leadership to the program and the after school staff
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the after school sites by conferring with Site Directors on a daily basis
- Assist in the development and implementation of Elite Learning's curriculum throughout the program sites year-round
- Facilitate the hiring, training, and supervision of all Elite Learning staff with effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Plan and facilitate scheduled professional development days and other required staff meetings
- Complete site observations to ensure safety, implementation and quality programming and provide regular evaluation and feedback to program staff
- Consistently and effectively communicate with schools and stakeholders to build positive relationships
- Maintain accurate records of staffing, attendance, and funds
- Ensure accuracy of staff timesheets to assist the accounting department in processing payroll
- Oversee enrollment and account management, including setting up accounts, sending welcome letters, monitoring balances, issuing payment reminders, and coordinating updates with site directors and the Central Office.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous professional work experience at a child care facility is a must for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Child Development, Early Childhood Education, and/or Business Management preferred)
- Experience supervising staff and working with children and families
- Familiarity with youth development principles across multiple age groups
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Detailed-oriented self-starter with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills and the ability to track data and produce reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take and implement constructive feedback
- Ability to build a positive culture within staff and students
