What You’ll Do as an Event Sales Associate
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement on-site events and campaigns aimed at showcasing products and services to targeted audiences.
- Develop and refine event-based sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and maximize product exposure.
- Utilize event opportunities to effectively present products and services, addressing customer needs to increase acquisition and revenue.
- Gather and analyze feedback and performance metrics to optimize future events and marketing initiatives.
- Work alongside team members to highlight our clients’ products and services, enhancing visibility and reputation.
- Be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer interaction is professional, engaging, and solution-oriented.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
- Master client product knowledge, stay updated on promotions, and build expertise to inform customers effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is essential for this on-site role in Birmingham, AL.
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
- Background in event sales, customer service, marketing, retail, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, professional, outgoing, and confident.
