The main focus of the Sales Associate position is to promote our client's brand by developing and hosting events on behalf of our clients. We are looking for a competitive Sales Associate to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising products. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximization

As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of our team, helping to drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the store's overall success. Your role will include:

• Greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Educating customers about product features and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
• Solving customer issues and answering any questions they may have.
• Processing sales through suggestive selling, multiple selling techniques, and effective closing.
• Measuring and fitting customers with appropriate products.
• Informing customers about ongoing promotions and deals.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and company-wide sales goals
• Stay informed about current product features, trends, and promotional offers
• Participate in training sessions to boost product knowledge and refine sales skills
• Gather and share customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience

Sales Associate Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A natural people person with a friendly attitude!
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register operations.
• Basic math skills for quick transactions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
