Job description
Elite Limousine is seeking a Reservation Specialist to arrange and manage booking requests for executive and special event transportation. The primary objective of the Reservation Specialist is to secure transportation reservations for our clients with attention to detail, while offering quality customer service.
Job Title: Reservation Specialist
Qualifications
- Previous (recent) office experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong communication skills - the ability to be clear and concise, write professionally
- Flexibility, in addition to M-F, ability to work weekends and holidays (if needed)
- The desire to provide excellent customer service
- Multi-tasking skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems, while working under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Proficient with numbers and developing packages and proposals
- Exceptional typing skills in order to process orders accurately and efficiently
Computer Skills: Possess strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and transportation software (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Proof reservations for accuracy, monitoring all details and special instructions of more complex itineraries to assure requested service goes smoothly
- Perform general clerical and administrative assignments
- Become proficient in our industry-specific system
- Answer incoming calls and communicate quotes in a clear and precise manner to earn the customer’s business
- Oversee the reservation process, including adding, canceling, and editing customer requests, while ensuring timing, logistical details, and applicable laws are applied and accurate
- Review, proofread and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Record, organize, and prepare customer and employee data, including driver reports
- Support, promote, and enhance Elite Limousine’s proven commitment to safety and deliver a quality customer experience
- Answer questions regarding timing, preferred pick-up directions, quotes, etc.
- Assist chauffeurs with details regarding their assigned trip(s), including special requests and routing
- Transmit confirmations of all reservations, changes, cancellations, and receipts
Education
Associate’s Degree (preferred)
