We are seeking an Entry Level Client Account Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for advising customers on various telecommunications products and service options while completing our comprehensive paid training program. We believe that excellent communication services are essential, and we are looking for motivated individuals ready to step into a leadership role to join our team immediately.
Entry Level Client Account Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, providing them with the best telecommunications solutions tailored to their needs.
- Utilise your knowledge of telecommunications products and services to offer insights and recommendations to customers regarding their inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Shadow our experienced Team Leads to understand best practices for client interaction and service delivery fully.
- Develop expertise in telecommunications services, including but not limited to: mobile plans, internet packages, device management, and customer support.
- Attend all virtual meetings and onsite training workshops to collaborate with fellow trainees, staying up-to-date on the latest telecommunications trends, business initiatives, and team progress.
- Record and track all client interactions, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
