Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Representative:

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, providing personalized guidance through the in-person enrollment process
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining service options, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience
• Promote and sell company products and services, leveraging your sales expertise to close enrollments and meet sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales and Customer Enrollment team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer
• Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients to enhance the enrollment experience
• Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and sales insights to refine the enrollment process and boost conversion rates
• Uphold company policies and procedures during all customer interactions, ensuring compliance and professionalism

Key Qualifications for the Entry Level Customer Representative:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in a customer enrollment, sales, or similar role is highly desirable
• Proven ability to engage and build rapport with customers, driving both sales and enrollment conversions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex services in an easy-to-understand way
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple enrollments and customer accounts simultaneously
