- Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets
- Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co-workers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change
- Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Respond to emails and phone calls within a 48-hour turnaround time
- Maintain and log documented communication
- Assist and respond to all homeowners’ questions pertaining to their HOA
- Ability to research and obtain information to resolve homeowners’ needs
- Other tasks as assigned
- General understanding of HOA documents
- Assist owners with reserving the associations amenities
- Collect deposit and rental fees from owners
- Program and oversee fobs, remotes and keys for associations
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to change
- Filing of paperwork and reports made by community managers
- Conduct follow up on specific requests
- General Knowledge of maintenance and landscaping
- Coordinating subcontractors for various maintenance requests
- Monitor inbox within a 48-hour turnaround time
