Accounts Administrator
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday; 7:30am – 11:30am
As the Accounts Admin you will need be able to read and understand financial reports, financial troubleshooting, handle fast paced and stressful situations, the ability to explain financial reports to Board Members, must be able to handle scrutiny from customers in a professional and graceful manner.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills
- Some working knowledge of HOA procedures
- Very strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex matters in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high capacity of incoming data
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Professional attitude and experience
Preferred Knowledge (but not required):
- Working AppFolio experience
- Experience dealing with accrual accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone and email
- Operate office equipment such as multi line phone system and printers
- Verify all home resale inquiries using current software and procedures
- Assist with other tasks within the department
- Other tasks as assigned
