We are looking for a dedicated Social Moderation & Community Associate to support our social video team by engaging with users moderating comments and fostering a positive environment across social platforms. This parttime role involves publishing content responding to comments in the company s voice and identifying opportunities for improved community engagement. You will work remotely and report to the Social Lead Video.
Responsibilities :
- Moderate and maintain a respectful and positive comment section across social media platforms
- Respond to user comments with a friendly and professional tone
- Publish social video content on all social media profiles
- Track and report on audience feedback and trends
- Assist in enhancing community engagement and identifying growth opportunities
