Job Summary
The Planned Maintenance Billing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling services for both new and existing customers in the Planned Maintenance (PM) Department. This role involves communicating with customers and technicians through various channels—such as phone, email, and text—to ensure that PM services are delivered as scheduled. Additionally, the administrator will create accurate work orders and ensure that parts are properly staged for the next business day.
Key Job Responsibilities
· Schedule Planned Maintenance (PM) with end-user customers.
· Follow-up with Technician’s with weekly Work-in-Process (WIP) Reports.
· Open PM work orders for scheduled PM’s and ensure that parts are pulled, staged, and assigned to a Technician.
· Open PM work orders for scheduled Break-In PMs on new equipment for end-user customers, company owned rental equipment, and ensure that parts are pulled, staged, and assigned to a Technician.
· Assist with keeping all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean, clearly labeled, and uncluttered,
· Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoid injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris and complete all necessary company training in a timely manner.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

· Must be able to communicate effectively, verbal, and written, with management and customers.
· High School Diploma or GED is required.
· The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
