We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and effective marketing techniques. As a Brand Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives. As our Brand Manager, you'll develop and execute strategies to elevate our brand, acquire new patients, and drive clinic revenue growth. You'll oversee all marketing activities including traffic, lead generation, lead conversion, patient retention, monetization, and content. You will work with our current Marketing Company and grow market awareness and positioning, drive patient acquisition and retention, and prove and optimize marketing ROI based on data analysis.
Part time. Flexible schedule and hours. Hybrid option. Ideally 10-2pm M-F but willing to discuss.
Ideally candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and/or 3-5 years of experience in marketing/creative role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze consumer insights to inform strategic planning.
- Manage product life cycles from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, to enhance online presence.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to create impactful communication strategies that promote the brand.
- Utilize tools such for data analysis to track brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support brand initiatives.
- Create a focused marketing plan and marketing calendar aligned with clinic goals
- Produce and distribute engaging content across the digital channels, leveraging a small content team
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, local SEO, and SEO to drive website traffic and capture leads
- Track and report on KPIs like web traffic, leads, conversions, revenue generated, engagement, patient retention in connection with the Marketing Company
- Oversee website functionality, updates, and enhancements and delegate to the website management team
- Craft compelling offers, promotions, and programs
- Leverage PR, affiliations, and collaborations (eg. collaborations with other business owners serving the same clientele, getting on other people’s stages, building partnerships with micro-influencers, etc.)
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Build and improve marketing systems and automation
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing channels, office locations, and any branded items.
- Create educational material such as brochures and membership materials
Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from market research
- Experience in strategic planning and product management.
- Excellent public relations skills with a knack for storytelling and brand messaging.
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail and ability to craft compelling content.
- Ability to analyze complex information while avoiding stigmatization of target audiences.
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage marketing expenditures.
- Proficient in social media management, with a creative approach to content development.

- Ideally would be able to assist with computer and cloud set up and assist in editing forms in the EMR.
- Manage all aspects of event planning including logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and attendee engagement.
- Operate video, lighting, and audio equipment for high-quality in-house video production.
- Ability to edit videos with motion graphics, captions, and platform-specific optimizations.
