What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Chiropractor in Medical office position at Elite Medical Center?
My ideal candidate for this position would be a doctor who has been in solo practice, loves caring for and supporting their patients but doesn't want to manage the office. I am also willing to consider recent graduates who possess that necessary skills and characteristics. Chiropractor MUST love their job of helping patients get better by providing the BEST quality care to each patient regardless of race, color, creed, sexual preference etc. We believe that each patient should be treated equal and should be respected. This position is in Lyman, SC in a multidisciplinary office where a team works together for the betterment of out patients. You must be capable of manual adjusting of spine and extremities, care about your clients and be able to build and maintain a patient base. Once you become full-time, after 1 year, you will be eligible for a percentage bonus with a base salary. Meaning that the busier you are the more money you will make. I want this to be a long term relationship and understand that only works if it works for both of us. I anticipate spending a significant amount of my own time during the training and practice building time, for the first 6 months ( we also provide management training to help with your growth as a physician).
