What You’ll Do
As our Clinic Division Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting clinic operations by:
- Providing leadership, management, and accountability to clinic teams.
- Optimizing clinic utilization and resource management to improve patient access and experience.
- Acting as a client liaison, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Overseeing clinic reporting, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvement strategies.
- Managing clinic support, compliance, and operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Maintaining a consistent, in-person presence at assigned clinics 70% - 85% of the time, fostering relationships with staff and ensuring Elite standards are being upheld.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or a similar leadership role.

Clinic Operations Expertise: Proven experience in managing clinic operations, including patient utilization, client relations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in coaching, and developing teams to drive performance and enhance patient care.

Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, such as eClinicalWorks, and experienced with data analysis tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).

Additional Requirements:
- Driver’s License: Must possess an active driver’s that meets California good driver standards and meeting the company’s vehicle insurance guidelines.
- Travel Commitment: Ability and willingness to travel up to 85% of the time, including occasional overnight stays, to support and manage operations across multiple clinic locations.
