- Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, and software. Perform updates, installations, and patch management to ensure security and performance.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical assistance via phone, email, Teams, remote desktop, or in-person. Create user guides and conduct training on IT systems and security best practices.
- User Account Management: Manage user accounts, email addresses, and access levels, ensuring secure system access and permissions.
- Network & Security: Maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and enforce firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus security measures.
- Asset Management: Track and manage hardware, software, and licenses, overseeing procurement and lifecycle management.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce IT policies and security protocols, conduct audits, and monitor for unauthorized access or security incidents.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to procure and maintain IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring SLA compliance.
- IT Projects: Assist with system upgrades, migrations, clinic launches, and software rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and support.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain IT records, asset inventories, and system performance reports, documenting recurring issues and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, security, and overall IT operations.

- Education & Experience: Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) or 1-3 years of IT support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Azure AD; experience with OnSIP, Grandstream VOIP, LAN/WAN networking, and troubleshooting peripherals.
- Support Tools: Skilled in ClickUp, Jira, IT ticketing systems, and remote support tools (ScreenConnect, TeamViewer).
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Adaptability: Quick learner, problem-solver, and adaptable to new technologies.
- Team & Collaboration: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willing to travel for support (Up to 50%) and available for occasional after-hours work.
- Driving: Must have a valid driver's license, personal auto insurance, and meet company driving standards.
- Other Requirements: Basic IT security knowledge; CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
